Assessment and support by skilled professionals for children and young people who have emerging mental health and emotional problems.


Brief Counselling (free of charge) On average children and young people will receive five sessions of work taking place in a venue that is accessible to them.

Access to Parenting Programmes Circle of Security, Incredible Years, Triple P and Solihull Parenting programmes available throughout the year.

Themed group work and individual interventions Individual consultation, group consultation, talking therapy, psychosocial interventions, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT).

Fax: 01493 331926 Criteria: Children and young people 0-18 years registered with a GP in Norfolk and Waveney, or resident here, with mild to moderate mental health issues that would benefit from effective, early, time-limited interventions from a targetted (Tier2) CAMH Service. Mild to moderate levels of mental health need relating to: Hyperkinetic disorder Emotional disorder Conduct disorder Eating disorder Deliberate self-harm Habit disorder Attachment issues (pre-school children)
