East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH)
EACH provides care and support to children and young poeple with life threatening conditions and their families. This includes care and support for the child, young person and their family during the child or young persons life, at time of death and support for the family in bereavement.
Services are offered to the child, young person , family members and those important to the child, including parents, siblings, extended family and friends.
Services can be provided in the family home, hospice, school and hospital and include:
24 hour end of life care and symptom management
Short breaks - during the day and/or overnight
Music and art therapy
Family support activities and events
Annual memory day
Access to the family library and information service
Referral information for GPs/clinicians only
Referrals are accepted from any source with the permission of the child, young person and family
