We work with individuals, families, schools and other organisations to improve the lives of those with ADHD/ADD. We work to promote emotional wellbeing, educational attainment, behaviour and life prospectsand our services include Adult Coaching, ADHD-specific Parenting Programme, Bespoke ADHD Staff Training & our popular ADHD in Education Level 3 Qualification.

A weekly Wellbeing group to learn about life coping skills. How small changes may help ease the effects of Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and ME. Relaxation, Mindfulness, Aromatherapy, Reiki and many other therapies will be discussed. Living with a long term illness is often lonely so come along and be with others who understand. Costs £3.00
