ADHD Norfolk is a charity that is based in Norfolk and supports those affected by ADHD. We work with individuals, families, schools and other organisations to improve the lives of those with ADHD/ADD. We work to promote emotional wellbeing, educational attainment, behaviour and life prospectsand our services include Adult Coaching, ADHD-specific Parenting Programme, Bespoke ADHD Staff Training & our popular ADHD in Education Level 3 Qualification.

We know it can be a difficult time, and cancer affects us all in many ways, Big C is here for you. Big C can help with those everyday worries, questions, and stresses. From dealing with the side effects of treatment, to the financial impact of cancer, at Big C we can help you through your cancer journey with free expert support, information, and guidance.

We have Support & Information Centres in Norwich, Gt Yarmouth and King’s Lynn and Hubs in Gorleston and Cromer. There is no need to make an appointment to speak to us, simply drop in during our opening hours. If you are unable to visit a Centre or Hub in person, you can contact us via our Telephone Support Line: 0800 092 7640.

Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue & ME Wellbeing Support Group

A weekly Wellbeing group to learn about life coping skills. How small changes may help ease the effects of Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and ME. Relaxation, Mindfulness, Aromatherapy, Reiki and many other therapies will be discussed. Living with a long term illness is often lonely so come along and be with others who understand. Costs £3.00
